What it usually means
Not an objection. Somebody is asking for help while grieving, and how you handle it decides everything.
What to say
I am sorry about your loss. There is no rush from my side. If it is useful I can tell you what the options are, including the ones that do not involve selling to me.
What not to say
Do not push a timeline. Do not present selling to you as the only route. This is the call where patience wins the file.
