Clarity sets its own cookies (_clck and _clsk) for up to a year, and Microsoft may also set its own cookies (MUID, CLID, ANONCHK, MR and SM), which Microsoft uses across its own services, including for advertising. Inside the CRM all text is masked, so a replay shows only the layout and where you clicked. The third-party cookies are Microsoft's, described above, and, only if you allow advertising tracking, Meta's. We set no other advertising cookies. Meta advertising tracking is optional. If you allow it, the Meta Pixel receives a visit to our public home page and conversion events when you join the early-access list, sign up for the script PDF or save a beta application. Our server also sends these conversion events through Meta's Conversions API, with your normalized email and phone converted to SHA-256 hashes so Meta can match the event to an account. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Meta may receive your IP address, browser details, page URL and advertising identifiers, and may set first-party advertising cookies. We do not send your name, raw email or phone number, private beta answers or personal application links to Meta. Query strings and fragments are removed from server event URLs; private application tokens are removed before the Pixel loads after a successful application. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals for our own visit logs or for Clarity; Meta tracking depends on your choice below.

If you allow advertising tracking, Meta receives the limited website activity described above. Meta's privacy policy explains how it uses that information. Each of the others is here because the thing cannot work without it; Clarity is here so we can see where the product gets in your way, and Meta only if you say yes.
