Digital training material for real estate acquisitions. Each product page states exactly what is included before you pay. Products are delivered as a downloadable PDF and, where stated, an online flipbook.
These are one-time purchases. Nothing on this page renews and nothing recurs.
Immediately after payment. You receive an email with your download and, where applicable, flipbook access. If it has not arrived within one hour, check spam and then write to us; we will send it manually the same day.
Seven days, no questions asked. Write to support@offerdeskcrm.com within seven days of purchase and we refund in full. You do not have to explain why. This applies once per customer: a second refund request on the same material, or on a repurchase of it, may be declined.
The two-hour one-on-one consultation is not refundable once the session has taken place, because the time has been spent. The written material bought alongside it stays refundable within the seven days.
A refund ends your licence to the material. Your personal download links and any access we control are switched off, and you agree to delete the copies you have. The material is licensed to the person who bought it; sharing or reselling it is not permitted.
Seven-day free trial. Nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Seven days after your first payment, you can ask for that payment back in full. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; payments already made are not refunded.
Private beta members join on the terms agreed with them when they are invited, and the trial and the refund window above do not apply to them.
We keep records of each purchase and its delivery, including when and from where material was downloaded and when the CRM was used. They are what we rely on to answer a refund request, a chargeback or a payment dispute. See the privacy policy.
It is what worked on a real acquisitions desk. It is not financial, legal, investment or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Real estate outcomes depend on your market, your capital, your effort and factors nobody controls. We do not promise you will make money. Anyone who does is selling you something worse than this.
Yours to use, personally and inside your own business, permanently. You may not resell it, republish it, share your download links publicly, or use it to build a competing training product.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and handles any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their name appears on your card statement. We never see or store your card details.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the day you buy, and we will not apply a later change retroactively to a purchase you already made.
Nothing on this page removes a consumer right you hold under the mandatory law of your own country. Where a term here conflicts with that law, that law wins.
