Questions

What is OfferDesk?

An acquisitions CRM built at a working desk. It opens on what needs you rather than on a pipeline, writes up your own calls, and works the same on a phone as on a laptop.

Is it available yet?

It is in private beta, with 25 seats chosen by hand before it is announced anywhere. The training and the free tools are available today.

Do I have to move off what I use now?

No. The training and the calculator work in whatever you are running today. If you join the beta we will import your existing leads and call history rather than asking you to start empty.

What does it cost?

Prices, allowances and any beta discount are agreed with you before you are charged anything. Beta members get a discount for being early.

Can I use my own phone system?

Yes. Calling and texting only appear once you connect a provider, so nothing in the interface promises a feature your account cannot actually use.

Is my data safe?

Your leads belong to you. Every workspace is locked off from every other one at the database level, passwords and keys for connected accounts are stored encrypted, and you can export everything at any time. We never sell your data.

Who is responsible for calling and texting laws?

You are. OfferDesk is the software; your workspace decides who is contacted and how. It helps with STOP handling, quiet-hour warnings and consent records, but consent, Do Not Call checks and recording consent stay with you. The CRM terms explain it plainly.

Is the training really free?

The scripts, the objection responses and the deal calculator are free and do not ask for your email. There are paid products, and they are clearly marked as such.

Who built this?

Adham Barakat, who most people in this business know as Adam Blue. Still running an acquisitions desk, still on the phone with sellers. Every feature exists because something went wrong on a real call first.
